The legacy of the territorial conflicts that accompanied the collapse of the Soviet Union remains a daily reality for hundreds of thousands of families displaced in their wake. Today, nearly 8% of the country’s population is internally displaced, confronting significant challenges such as inadequate housing and unemployment. This report, informed by insights from local partners, thoroughly examines these ongoing issues and offers practical recommendations for future humanitarian efforts.
